Requests to book outside of these periods will unfortunately be denied. Deluxe room is our signature product for luxury living. It provides premium privacy and comfort. It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 65" Smart TV and a streaming device. This room does not have any drawbacks and has everything you would need in a room. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room. Neighbourhood/building: It doesn’t get more central than this. Our Residence is located minutes from Dupont Circle, Logan Circle, and McPherson Square. With so much happening in the Nation’s Capital, you’re at the heart of it all. The rooftop social deck not only offers tremendous 360 degree views of the city, but also ample lounge seating, 2 professional-grade gas grills and a firepit table to transform it into the ultimate social area.
